I am VYD, a 19-year-old musician from Forest, Mississippi. Growing up in a small town, music never seemed like my future. I never even considered making music professionally — life was just about school, family, and figuring out who I was.

Growing up without a clear purpose can be challenging. I dealt with self-doubt, pressure, and the constant feeling of being rushed. But then, something clicked.

Music wasn't just something I listened to — it was something I felt. Once I started creating, I realized this was more than a hobby. It was therapy, expression, and a part of who I am.
